BreakPoint 2.0

We were back for the second instalment in our extreme bootcamps, run by ex-forces instructors. This one stepped it up a notch from the last one. And really tested everyone to thier very limits.

Some amazing effort and determination were needed to get through this but they all did., sometimes to realise what you are capable off you have to do things you never done before.

TOUGH MUDDER

We were back for our second year at the best obstacle course around.

It was a great day filled with lots of effort, motivation, mud, laughter, team work and more mud. This is one of our favourite events of the year and didn't disappoint again.

CANOEING ON THE RIVER WYE

We took a group of 30 members up to the river Wye for a great day out. We were out on the water for 5 hours where each partnership had to work together to get moving.

The scenery was amazing and the route was incredible, it was a great event and topped off in the evening with some great food and a night camping.

MOUNT SNOWDON

A Team took on the tough task of climbing mount Snowdon, it was not an easy challenge and the weather seemed to change on the hour every hour. Testing us all the way up and down.

However, nothing worth doing is ever easy and getting to the top together as a team was a really memorable moment,

Back to school bootcamp

This was a chance for us all to relive our younger years and get back to the old school sports day games and it did not disappoint.

It was full of fun, competitiveness and lots of laughter. Who knew a group of adults could take some school games so seriously. It was all about the winning at this event...

we showed that fitness can be fun and we can go back to our old school days and was a great event.

BREAKPOINT BOOTCAMP

This was easily one of hardest events we have ever done, it was designed to test people not only physically but also mentally and push people to their limits.

It was run by 3 ex Army instructors showing everyone an insight to the forces training and how to push yourself through barriers and achieve a lot more than you thought possible.

it was hard work but we definitely saw a different side to most.
