HOW CAN A HEALTH AND WELLBEING SESSION HELP YOU?
A health coach can help you get “unstuck” by helping you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals. While working with your health and wellbeing coach you will get regular checks in by email, phone calls, teams or in-person meetings usually over the course of at least three months. During these conversations, you will be asked questions to get you thinking about how you can overcome challenges. “The most common obstacle people face is their own thoughts about themselves and about change ” Through motivational interviewing and positive steps your health coach will help you work through some of your thoughts. This will help you find out what’s blocking you from following through with the changes you would like to see. ”Health coaching isn’t about someone telling you what to do, It’s someone who’s respecting your terms and your reasons for wanting — or not wanting — to change. A health coach shows up for you in whatever way you need".

This is the first step into making a change, we can help you understand how we can help. We can discuss any issues and how we can make a positive change going forward.
Face to face session £50
These are the same as the 1 hour sessions online but for anybody needing support from a home setting. These must be within 10 miles of Yeovil. Or an extra charge may apply.
1 Hour Online session £40
A one hour session for you to explore and unpack whatever is on your mind. At the beginning of the session we will work on defining your goal for the session, where do you want to be by the end of our session? From there we will dig into the details of what’s going on for you right now and how you would like things to be different. Then we can look at your options and explore different perspectives. The aim is to round off the session by reflecting on any new insights and the actions you are taking away with you. If you’re new to coaching and want to test it out, a single 1:1 session is an ideal taster and great for working on a stand alone issue.

Change and transformation does not happen overnight. 6 sessions taken over 3 months is an ideal amount of time to bring about a shift in your life. We will take a deep dive and get crystal clear on your vision, explore what’s going on for you right now and what might be holding you back. We can look from a new perspective at your options, what action you want to take and then put your new insights and action plan to test in the real world. For three months you’ll have me in your corner supporting you through the changes you want to make. I’ll be there to celebrate your success, hold you accountable and reflect back on your journey so far. I can also provide exercises and suggest reflection prompts between sessions to really get the most out of our time working together.
